Once you submitted the DocuSign contract, please send following attachments to office@benavest.com:
- Errors and Ommissions Coverage (E&O Insurance) - MUST SHOW COVERAGE DATES & LIMITS
- Copy of GA License IF APPLICABLE
- Copy of TN License IF APPLICABLE
Once the carrier reviews and approves the contract request, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment with the following details:

Existing or appointed agents will just need to complete the DocuSign contract and ensure that Benavest is listed in the agency section of the application page (page 2).
Alliant appoint all agents based on how they complete the application page and financial documents, so if you list yourself, your own agency, or leave it blank, you will be appointed as independent agents.
