AETNA FINAL EXPENSE CONTRACTING FOR NEW AGENT

Step 1: Aetna Final Expense Contracting Invite

Once we receive your request, a personalized contracting invite will be sent to your registered email.

You will receive an email with the following information.

Step 2: Onboarding Link (Email)

Please complete your contract(s) in the Agent Xcelerator e-Contracting platform using the link provided in the email.

Step 3: Register or Sign in

Once you click the unique link provided in the email, you will be asked to either Register or Sign in.

Step 4: Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

After you successfully register/sign-in. Make sure to TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER.

Step 5: My Pending Activities

Under the My Pending Activities tab, you will see the contract sent to you.
My Pending Activities Dashboard located under the Producer Contracting Menu.

Step 6: Complete the form

After you click on the carrier, you will be asked to fill out the information and then hit SUBMIT.

Step 7: Welcome Letter

The turnaround time is 7 to 15 business days from application submission.

REMINDER

  • Aetna Final Expense will be sending you welcome emails once they appoint you. Please forward these emails to office@benavest.com.
  • Please be sure to register for each carrier's broker portal website once you become appointed.
  • Once you're appointed, please be informed that clients or policy holders cannot maintain more than one active Final Expense plan policy at the same time.
  • Please keep an eye out for the confirmation/welcome email.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive the following email with your AGENT NUMBER.

Transfer Instructions for Aetna Final Expense

Follow these steps if you are currently appointed under Aetna Final Expense.

Subject: Aetna Final Expense Transfer Request
Benavest Contracting Admin will send you the transfer instruction.

I do not know who is my current IMO

Due to privacy policy, the carrier will not give us this information.
You must contact Aetna Final Expense to know who your current IMO is.
